Spirit wear 2020Madison Spirit Wear is available to order! Forms should have gone home to all students now so please reach out if you didn't get one and would like to order.

Please return the completed form and payment to the office or your student's teacher by Friday, January 31st. We can take cash or check made to Madison PTO. Orders are being fulfilled by local shop Spin Tees and will arrive in about 2 weeks (delivered to your student's classroom).

A portion of each sale will benefit the Madison PTO!
