Panorama Survey
It’s time to tell us what’s important. Your voice matters! Please take 15 minutes to complete this online survey(link below). The data we collect from this survey will ensure that the district, and our schools are meeting students’ needs. It will inform educational practices as well as the way we communicate with and provide services for children and families.
Your answers are anonymous, Use the link below or look for the QR code flyer in your child’s backpack this week!
https://surveys.panoramaed.com/olympiawa/family/surveys?language=en
You will be prompted to choose Madison from the drop down menu of schools. You can also choose to take the survey in a different language (Spanish, Vietnamese, or Arabic)
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your thoughts with us!
Win/Win tips to improve Social Emotional Skills
Research has shown that those who feel and express gratitude are more well-liked by others. They also tend to have a more positive life outlook, do better academically, and report lower rates of depression. The following article from The Committee for Children shares some easy ways to cultivate gratitude in our children.

Wet Weather Ahead
Thank you to the many community members who have graciously donated rain and cold weather coats to our school. We hope you remember to dress your kids appropriately for each day, but as we know, Mother Nature has a mind of her own and often changes the weather hourly. If you student should forget their jacket, we have some that are available. Please remember to stay dry and warm.
Open Position with the PTO
We are still looking for a volunteer to join our executive board. We need a full board to continue our organization into next year. No experience necessary! If you’re interested, please contact the PTO at [email protected]. Even if you’d just like to know more, we’d love to chat with you!
Questions?

You may also call the front office at (360) 596-6300 if you need to leave a voice message, or if you would like to schedule an appointment with the school principal. (You may email the school principal directly by hitting the “Reply” button to this email.)
